This Privacy Policy for Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information provided by the website of AMT Engineering LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Party 1") located on the domain name www.amt-e.ru (as well as its subdomains), can get information about the User (hereinafter referred to as "Party 2") during the time of use of the Site of Party 1 (as well as its subdomains), its programs and its products.
1. Terms and definitions
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Site Administration" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") - authorized employees for the management of the Site of Party 1, who organize and (or) process personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.5. The "Party 1 Website" is a collection of interconnected web pages hosted on the Internet at a unique address (URL): www.amt-e.ru , as well as its subdomains.
1.1.6. "Subdomains" are pages or a set of pages located on third—level domains belonging to the Site of Party 1, as well as other temporary pages, at the bottom of which the Administration's contact information is indicated.
1.1.7. "User of the Site of Party 2" (hereinafter referred to as "Party 2") is a person who has access to the Site of Party 1 via the Internet and uses the information, materials and products of the Site of Party 1.
1.1.8. "Cookies" are a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the computer of the Party-2, which the web client or web browser sends each time to the web server in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.
1.1.9. "IP address" is a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which Party 2 gets access to the Website of Party 1.
1.1.10. "Operator" is a legal entity that independently or jointly with other persons organizes and/or performs the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2. General provisions
2.1. The use of the Website of Party 1 by Party 2 means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of personal data of Party 2.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, Party 2 must stop using the Site of Party 1.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site of Party 1. The Site of Party 1 does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which Party 2 can click on links available on the Site of Party 1.
2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Party 2.
3. Subject of the Privacy Policy
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration for non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality of personal data that Party 2 provides upon request of the Administration when registering on the Website of Party 1 or when subscribing to the e-mail newsletter.
3.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by Party 2 by filling out forms on the Website of Party 1 and includes, but is not limited to, the following information:
3.2.1. last name, first name, patronymic of Party 2;
3.2.2. contact phone number of the Party 2;
3.2.3. e-mail address (e-mail);
3.2.4. Place of residence of Party 2 (if necessary);
3.2.5. a photo (if necessary).
The website of Party 1 may request other personal data from Party 2. Other personal data provided by Party 2 is subject to this Privacy Policy.
3.3. The site of Party 1 protects the data that is automatically transmitted when visiting the pages:
— IP address;
— information from cookies;
— browser information;
— access time;
— reference (the address of the previous page).
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the site that require authorization.
3.3.2. The website of Party 1 collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, identify, and resolve technical problems.

4. Purposes of Collecting Party 2's Personal Information
4.1. The personal data of Party 2 may be used by Administration for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identifying Party 2 registered on Party 1's Website for subsequent authorization.
4.1.2. Providing Party 2 with access to personalized data on Party 1's Website.
4.1.3. Establishing feedback with Party 2, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of Party 1's Website, and processing requests and applications from Party 2.
4.1.4. Determining the location of Party 2 for ensuring security and preventing fraud.
4.1.5. Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by Party 2.
4.1.6. Creation of an account to use parts of Party 1's Website, if Party 2 has consented to the account creation.
4.1.7. Notifications by Party 2 via email.
4.1.8. Providing Party 2 with effective technical support in the event of problems related to the use of Party 1's Website.
4.1.9. Providing Party 2, with its consent, with special offers, newsletters, and other information on behalf of Party 1's Website.
5. Methods of Processing Personal Information
5.1. Party 2's personal data may be transferred to authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The Administration shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the personal information of Party 2 from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties.
5.3. The Administration, together with Party 2, shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the personal data of Party 2.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. Party 2 has the right to:
6.1.1. Make a free decision to provide their personal data necessary for using Party 1's Website and consent to its processing.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information regarding their personal data in the event of changes to this information.
6.1.3. Party 2 has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data, unless such right is limited in accordance with federal laws. Party 2 has the right to request that Administration clarify its personal data, block it, or destroy it if such personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, and to take legally prescribed measures to protect its rights. To do so, it is sufficient to notify Administration via the specified email address.
6.2. Administration is obligated to:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not disclosed without the prior written consent of Party 2, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the transferred personal data of Party 2, with the exception of Section 5.1 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of Party 2's personal data in accordance with the procedures generally used to protect such information in existing business practices.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to Party 2 from the moment of a request or appeal from Party 2, or from its legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects during the verification period, if inaccurate personal data or illegal actions are detected.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Administration, if found guilty of violating the requirements of this Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006, shall bear liability as provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall bear no liability if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Has become publicly known prior to its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Resource Administration.
7.2.3. Disclosed with the consent of Party 2.
7.3. Party 2 bears full responsibility for compliance with Russian Federation legislation, including, but not limited to, laws on advertising, copyright and related rights protection, trademark and service mark protection, and full responsibility for the content and form of the materials.
7.4. Party 2 acknowledges that responsibility for any information (including, but not limited to, data files, text, etc.) to which it may have access as part of Party 1's Website lies with the person who provided such information.
7.5. Party 2 agrees that information provided to it as part of Party 1's Website may be protected intellectual property rights owned by other parties, partners, or advertisers who post such information on Party 1's Website.
Party 2 may not modify, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on such information (in whole or in part), except where such actions have been expressly permitted in writing by the owners of such information in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement.
7.6. Distribution of text materials (articles, publications freely available to the public on Party 1's Website) is permitted, provided that a link to Party 1's Website is provided.
7.7. The Administration shall not be liable to Party 2 for any loss or damage incurred by Party 2 as a result of the deletion, failure, or inability to save data about Party 2 and other communication data contained on or transmitted through Party 1's Website.
7.8. The Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from: the use or inability to use the website or individual services; unauthorized access to Party 2's communications; statements or behavior of any third party on the website.
7.9. The Administration shall not be liable for any information posted by Party 2 on Party 1's Website, including, but not limited to: information protected by copyright, without the express consent of the copyright owner.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between Party 2 and the Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim.
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the claim, notify the claimant in writing or electronically of the results of the claim review.
8.3. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between Party 2 and the Administration.
9. Additional Terms
9.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the consent of Party 2.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall take effect from the moment it is posted on Party 1's Website, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
